Fan Cels
These cels are hand-made and come with matching backgrounds. Each cel was inspired by a particular scene from the anime (except the Eternal Sailor Moon, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Saturn cels) and was created using acetate transparencies, vinyl acrylic paint, and a fine point inking pen. The backgrounds were produced using watercolor and acrylic paint, pastels, and ink. These cels were requested upon commissions.
